5TPA is an indoor facility. No rubber or metal cleats are allowed. Crocs are not recommended. Please bring your own water bottle and water. Water is not available or provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early in order to have equipment out of the bag and warm-up so that your player is ready at the confirmed start time of the Clinic, Rental, or Session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

12-Hour Cancellation Period. If a Confirmed Clinic, Rental, or Session is cancelled prior to 12 hours of the start time by you, your player will receive a refund or will not be charged for a Clinic, Rental, or Session. If a Confirmed Clinic, Rental, or Session is not cancelled prior to 12 hours of the start time by you, your player will not receive a refund and will be charged for a Clinic, Rental, or Session. If your player is a “No Show”, your player will be charged for a Clinic, Rental, or Session.

Please send a text to Coach Doug or Coach Jason if your player becomes unavailable to attend a Confirmed Rental, Clinic, or Session.

COMMUNICATION

5TPA has a “CLASS” in the “REMIND” app so that we can communicate more efficiently with those that want to receive texts from 5TPA. This is for parents and players to receive text messages about REP CITY Clinics, Rentals, Private Instruction Sessions, and Special Offers. Please do not make Clinic, Rental, or Session requests through the app; use regular text to do so. Download the REMIND app and then register for the CLASS by using either the CLASS NAME or the CLASS CODE.

HOURS OF OPERATION

FALL-SPRING: Monday - Friday 2:15-9:15pm; Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-9:00pm

Rentals and Sessions are available Monday-Friday 2:15-9:15pm as well as Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm. REP CITY Clinics will be conducted during Fall and Winter on Saturdays and Sundays 1:15-5:30pm and then during Spring on Saturdays and Sundays 3:30pm-5:30pm. Rentals and Sessions are also available Monday-Friday 8:15am-2:15pm on Holidays and for players that are home-schooled, have a school day off, or get out of school early. Text to reserve or to be placed on the waiting list for a particular day and time.

SUMMER: Monday - Friday 8:15am-9:15pm; Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-9:00pm

Rentals and Sessions are available Monday-Friday 8:15am-9:15pm as well as Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm. REP CITY Clinics will be conducted during the Summer on Monday-Friday 8:15am-1:45pm and on Saturday and Sunday 1:15-5:30pm. When Clinics are cancelled, Rentals and Sessions will be available Monday-Friday 8:15am-1:45pm, Text to reserve or to be placed on the waiting list for a particular day and time.

LENGTH OF TIME (CLINIC, RENTAL, SESSION)

REP CITY CLINICS and PRIVATE INSTRUCTION SESSIONS begin at the Confirmed time. A one-hour Clinic or Session is 50-55 minutes in length. A two-hour Clinic or Session is 1 hour 50-55 minutes in length.

RENTALS begin at the Confirmed time. A one-hour Rental is 55 minutes in length. A two-hour Rental is 1 hour 55 minutes in length.
